Huge interest from China for Kalinic

He arrived from Fiorentina in the summer for 25 million euros and was supposed to guide AC Milan’s attacking this season. Things turned out differently and the Rossoneri are now eager to offload Nikola Kalinic.

The news of possible offers in January for Nikola Kalinic could make many Rossoneri fans happy, those who have never been fully convinced by the purchase, for 25 million euros, of the Croatian in the summer.

In fact, Tuttosport reports today about new attempts from China for AC Milan’s striker. Already a year ago, always in the January transfer window, Kalinic was approached by the Tianjin Quanjian, a Chinese club coached by Fabio Cannavaro. Fiorentina even opened to the possibility of a transfer of their former player reaching a 40 million euros deal with the Chinese club but it was Kalinic himself who preferred the stay in Serie A, doing everything in his power in the summer to leave the Viola and move to the Rossoneri. At San Siro, Kalinic is experiencing the most difficult moment of his career with consecutive underwhelming performances.

There are therefore new proposals coming from China, with several clubs in the first division interested and ready to cover Kalinic in gold, an attacker still considered to be of excellent level despite recent disappointing performances. AC Milan are willing to listen to offers but for now Kalinic doesn’t seems interested in changing environment for now. He wants to play his chances with the Devil and will not consider any proposal, especially those coming from a distant championship and still not as fascinating as the Chinese one. However if Cutrone continues to be the lead striker perhaps he may change his mind.
